Both these are an odd pre-order thing with Walmart. I pre-ordered part 2 because I have the LE Box for part 1. Anyway, it's a killer deal and well worth waiting for the box :).

So, is it because of the exchange rate? I'm not sure why the US Amazon would be bad to order from.

Hardly. Alot of the sellers there don't ship internationally or when they do they charge $13-$20 to ship a single DVD. =/

Yeah, but Eden of the East is sold by Amazon, not some random seller.

It is sold by a retailer on Amazon.com and so because it is ".com" that usually means its for the USA residents only, like eBay.com

Some do ship internationally, but, again, they charge ridiculous prices. Trust me, I have tried to shop there.
